The Guide + Play GPS-300 is a portable GPS device with integrated media player. The media player can handle MP3/WMA files, and the device offers a largish 4" wide, touchscreen interface.
The Guide + Play GPS-300 incorporates h/k's experience in audio products, which means users can look forward to high quality audio playback.
The device ensures that navigation information is audible and displayed, even while the music player is being used. A PoI search allows users to get to the nearest coffee shop or gas station. MiniSD memory cards up to 4GB are supported: enough for your next road trip.

Harman Kardon Guide + Play™ GPS-310
The GPS-310 enables both navigation and digital audio to run simultaneously, ensuring important navigation information is not left out of the picture whenever you're grooving to your favorite tunes. In addition, the user gets to set volume priority between either function for greater usability. Drivers also can keep their focus on the road with Text-to-Speech technology, relaying further instructions in a crystal clear manner to avoid confusion. Other feature of the GPS-310 includes an easy-to-use, intuitive touchscreen.
Harman Kardon's Guide + Play GPS-310 portable navigator features a 4" screen that offers more information and map detail than the 3.5" screen you'll find on most portables. You can follow easily as the screen displays maps of the U.S. and Canada, along with upcoming turns, distance and time to final destination, and a handy compass bearing.
Millions of points of interest
Input your destination with the touchscreen, or select from hotels, gas stations, restaurants, or millions of other preloaded points of interest. If you miss a turn, the Guide + Play will reroute you quickly. This versatile navigator offers voice prompts and map directions in French, Spanish, and English.
Voice prompts that say street names
Text-to-speech voice prompts announce actual street names as you approach upcoming turns. You can keep your eyes on the surroundings as you drive and follow the prompts for the proper route. Text-to-speech voice prompts are available in English only.
Navigation + entertainment
The Guide + Play features a Secure Digital™ memory card slot, so you can play back your favorite music through the navigator using optional SD cards. You can browse through your MP3 and WMA music files by artist, album, genre, song, or playlist, while the 4" screen displays album artwork and ID3 tags.
The Guide + Play comes with a built-in headphone jack for personal listening, and a built-in speaker so you can share your music with your friends. You also get a carrying case to protect the Guide + Play outside of your vehicle.
