Speaker systems that have been defining the standards of their class, again and again, and were constantly redeveloped to offer our customers the optimum in sound. For 2006, the sixth generation Reference-Line has been redesigned in almost all its components and has still been enhanced with respect to the sound. New and refined mounting options for the crossovers offer creative freedom for system installation. Ultra shallow speaker systems offer MB QUART quality for installations in cars where such performance was previously only a dream.

Reference – The standard for outstanding sound

The product line for the most demanding ears and intelligent installation capability. For 2007, MB QUART presents for the first time in this product range the brand-new subwoofers of the RSH series, with a slim and space-saving design. The loudspeaker systems of the Reference-Line are powered by the brand-new and ultra-compact Reference amplifiers. All coaxial and component systems of the RVF series now come complete with installation rings and grills for visible integration into the vehicle. The complete RVF series has now been equipped with special, striking metal covers, which provide additional cooling for the loudspeaker system, significantly increase the robustness and also protect the magnets.

PREMIUM - The name defines the range

The brand-new component loudspeakers of the PVF series use for the first time the completely new tweeter PTF 40. Developed on the basis of the innovative WideSphere™-Technology found also in the new QSF Nano, PTF 40, with its inverted titanium dome provides extremely good resonance and radiation characteristics. The PVF series uses two-piece loudspeaker baskets of exclusively carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic composite with edge-wound 1”/25 mm voice coils and special silver-painted metal covers for optimum protection and effective cooling of the magnet system. The new Premium Performance crossover uses choice components and the innovative rotary tweeter-level attenuator. Together with the high-flexibility FleXX Mount installation technique and Bi-Wiring/-Amping connection capability, the crossover offers function well in excess of those normally found in its class.
